Volunteer Program
Becoming involved with one's community on a voluntary basis is always a positive, whether it's to earn service hours or gain valuable work experience. Should a student wish to apply to our Volunteer Program, they will have many opportunities to both learn and obtain work hours. Duties include but are not limited to multitasking during an event, scorekeeping for a basketball tournament and/or taking on an assistant's role to one of the School of Handles coaches during a camp or clinic. We invite students to apply by filling out an online application coming soon.

Free Clinics
Held on an ongoing basis every 4 months, hosted and taught by our partner, the School of Handles, the Free Clinics teach youth fundamental basketball skills when it comes to dribbling, shooting, passing and team play. The well-experienced coaches also add in some life lessons that come along with the game of basketball, so youth participants gain the best of both the sport itself and how it contributes to daily life. Feel free to contact us via email to learn when the next Free Clinic is scheduled. We will provide plenty of warning in advance, by announcing it on our social media feeds and allowing those interested to register online.

Scholarship Fund
In partnership with the School of Handles, the Scholarship Fund's purpose is to assist those student-athletes dedicating themselves to earning a post-secondary career on a college/university sports team. Students who continue to compete athletically at the post-secondary level and who are registered as full-time students, may apply. There will be an online application provided soon, outlining the requirements necessary for submission.
Recreate
Throughout many Vancouver suburbs, there exist outdoor basketball courts overdue for restoration. One of the more effective methods to achieving the end result of actively having youth participate in sports, is to revamp their local neighbourhoods with fresh, vibrant and colorfully reenergized basketball courts. Our team, along with individuals from the Volunteer Program, are working towards rejuvenating select public outdoor basketball courts across Vancouver.
